Room Reservation  

Room reservation is normally held until 6.00 pm. Garden Hotel reserves the right to release the room(s) after the stipulated time unless the reservation is guaranteed. 

Deposit Policy

A deposit of RM50 will need to be paid upon check-in at reception. 

Tax Information 

Foreign tourists will be charged Malaysia’s tourism tax of RM10 per room per night at the time of check in.

Cancellation Policy 

Garden Hotel reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings under the circumstances where it appears that a customer has provided an invalid credit card, or the booking contains or resulted from a mistake or error. 

In case of any cancellation from the guest’s side, notice must be given to the hotel. Any room reservation cancellation will incur a fee of RM10. 

• If cancelled at least 3 days prior to the guest’s scheduled check-in date, a full refund will be returned (minus the cancellation fee stated above).
• If cancelled less than 24 hours before check-in, a partial refund of 50% of the total room charge will be returned (minus the cancellation fee stated above).
• For NO SHOW or NO CANCELLATION, full charges will be incurred.

Room Modification  

Guests are allowed to request for a change in room type, length of stay or dates of reservation once a room has been reserved. Please note that a change in room type or length of stay may result in a rate change (dependent on room availability). 

For a change in room or length stay that results in a higher rate, you will need to top-up the payment at the reception counter upon check-in. For a change in room or length stay that results in a lower rate, the balance can be used for dining at the hotel (balance will not be refunded). 

Liability 

This property is privately owned and the management reserves the right to refuse services to any one, and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests or for loss of money, jewellery or valuables of any kind. Guests are responsible for their own valuables and are recommended to not keep their valuables in their vehicles. 

No Pets 

No pets are allowed in the hotel premises. 

No Durian 

Durian is not allowed in the hotel premises.
